Where are you going?

   Motivation is something mankind has strived to figure out seance one man lead another. How do we persuade someone to go where we want or do what we need done. In the world of business, this is a skill may leaders have yet to develop. I have found in my time as a manager and team leader is that the best motivators come from inside the individual. Drive is a internal force that everyone has to some degree. In the search for motivators look for things to trigger their internal drive.
